Change a product
To request an exchange of a product you will need to contact us by emailing info@gambaro.com.
You will then be guided by our support so that you can proceed with the exchange.
Make a return
To make a return you must send an email to: info@gambaro.com specifying the order number and the reason for the return so that we can respond to you to best provide you with all the information you need to proceed with the return.
The product is defective
If your Gambaro HP product is of a different quality than what is described on the product page (e.g., the product you received is of a different material than indicated), or is defective or damaged due to faulty manufacturing or workmanship, Gambaro HP may decide (in the case of a manufacturing defect) to proceed with replacement, repair, or refund if the product is no longer available.
The product is defective
Returned products must be in the condition in which they were received: undamaged and unused, with labels and original packaging.
In case you have made a purchase from our site and want to withdraw from the purchase, you must follow this simple procedure:
- Send Gambaro HP, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, a notice expressing your right to want to withdraw from your purchase.
- Anticipate the communication by e-mail to info@gambarohp.com.
- Prepare and ship to Gambaro HP the product carefully packed within 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
- In case of damage to the product Gambaro HP reserves the right to charge for any damage incurred by withholding it from the amounts to be refunded.
Gambaro HP will proceed to refund relative to the cost of the goods shipped excluding shipping costs within 14 working days after receipt of the goods. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used by the customer, unless otherwise specified by the same.

Where to see my order confirmation
Log in via the LOGIN menu item found in the main navigation bar in desktop mode, or found within the menu that can be activated in mobile mode. Enter your credentials and click the Login button.
In your Account Dashboard, select the ORDERS side menu item.
Payment methods
The purchase can be confirmed by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Vpay, Maestro), PostePay, Paypal, Advance Transfer or Klarna (buy now and pay in three convenient installments).
- PAYPAL: You can pay quickly and securely using your PayPal account or even without a Credit Card account, through the secure HTTPS Paypal payment system. We would like to remind all our customers that if you choose the PayPal payment method, you can also make the transaction by Credit Card, without registering or logging in to the PayPal platform.
- CREDIT CARD: Credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Masterpass, Google Pay and Apple Pay), through the NEXI payment gateway that guarantees the security of your payments.
If you choose Credit Card as your method of Payment, after confirming your order and the terms of sale, you will be redirected to the secure NEXI site where you can continue with your payment. - KLARNA: Buy now and pay later thanks to Klarna. Apply for invoice
To request an invoice, when checking out you must flag the “Request Invoice” field and fill in all the required information.
The invoice will then not only appear in your personal tax drawer but will also be attached to your order.
Fees and shipping time
Gambaro HP confirms the acceptance of the order by sending an automatic e-mail summary to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the order.
For all delivered products, Gambaro HP issues the respective invoice with the data provided by the Customer.
Delivery time to the courier, if the purchase was made with credit card payment, Klarna or Paypal, is 10 working days.
Standard delivery is made on working days from 14:30 to 18:00.
This type provides for delivery on the road front for all products.
The courier makes the first delivery without prior notice. If the Customer is absent, the courier leaves a passing notice (coupon inside the mailbox or sticker on the doorbell) and retries delivery on the next business day. If this delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the Customer will be contacted by Outwet staff to arrange a further delivery. If the third attempt is also unsuccessful, the product returns to Outwet warehouses resulting in cancellation of the order.
The costs of parking or storage at the courier are the responsibility of Gambaro HP for the first 2 days beyond which they will be borne by the customer.
Delivery to the floor is not made.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying document of the Courier
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or altered
Once the Courier’s transport document has been signed, the Customer will no longer be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
To which countries do you ship?
We deliver worldwide.
Change the delivery address
If your order has not yet been shipped you can email info@gambarohp.com and we will do our best to change the delivery address. If the package has already been delivered to the courier, we will not be able to take action.
Finding delivery information
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. On the day of shipment, the courier will send a pickup email with the tracking number and from there you can track the status of your order through the courier’s website.
Track my package
Once the order has been delivered to the courier you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number and you will be able to track your shipment directly from the courier’s portal.
The package I received is damaged
If goods are lost or damaged in transit and the damage is externally visible, clearly note on the waybill or transit document the details of the loss or damage upon receipt of the shipment.
If the loss or damage is not visible until the package is opened, submit a written claim to the carrier within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The package was delivered to the wrong address
The package was delivered to the wrong address.
In this case we ask you to contact us immediately through the email address: info@gambarohp.com specifying the following information:
- order number
- delivery header
- tracking number.
Rights and Warranties
Warning to the consumer on the right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are regulated DLgs n. 206/2005 so-called “Consumer Code,” which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is, made outside business premises. This legislation enshrines the right of withdrawal (Art.52), i.e., the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the expense incurred. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), so it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to their professional activity, if any.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, a notice stating the desire to withdraw from the contract (Art.54).
The only required, non-refundable costs are those of shipping the product.
The right of withdrawal is totally void if the returned product is not intact, ie:
- lack of the original packaging
- damage to the product due to causes other than transportation.
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, simply write an email to info@gambarohp.com specifying the order number and the reason for the refund request. You will be contacted as soon as possible (max 48h).
Is it possible to buy products directly from the farm?
We are sorry but at the moment our company does not have an on-site store but we only sell on our website: www.gambarohp.com.
Where are Gambaro HP garments manufactured?
We are Made in Italy.
